How we can help you with your green card issues

We can assist you with your green card issues in several ways. First, we do not charge anything for talking to people about possible representation. We will be happy to talk to you about your case and see what can be done. If there are several possible solutions, we will discuss them all for you, giving you our evaluation of the pros and cons of each.

Once you decide what you want to do, we will work with you to accomplish that goal. We work very closely with sponsors of employment based immigrants. We know that they are very busy and don't need to be bogged down in the immigration process. At the same time, we are very careful not to step over the line into areas where we are not permitted to act. For example, we can provide an employer with a detailed recruiting plan, including drafts of all ads and posting notices. We can advise the employer as to legal issues involving applicants (do they have to consider applicants in H1B status? No, they don't.). What we cannot do, however, is advise the employer as to whether qualified US workers should be hired. That is outside the scope of what we are permitted to do.

We never charge for phone calls or answering e-mails. We encourage our clients and their employers to call us if they have questions. We would much rather head off a problem with a phone call, than have to deal with one after it happens.
